This hands‑on role focuses on improving, upgrading, and documenting our data and production systems.
This is a hands‑on, project‑driven role ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives in a small company environment, enjoys working cross‑functionally, and wants to grow into a broader systems architecture or DevOps path.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with project‑based system updates (e.g., moving shared files, redesigning data workflows, replacing legacy infrastructure).
- Coordinate system and server upgrades with our full‑stack developer.
- Manage small‑scale infrastructure components (VMs, network storage, or cloud instances) that support production and data systems.
- Test and document new workflows that connect internal tools to production devices and encoding equipment.
- Recommend improvements for system reliability, automation, and scalability.
Background
- 1–3 years of experience in technical systems, database management, or software‑related project work.
- Familiarity with basic SQL queries, schemas, and backups.
- Exposure to server configuration or virtualization tools (Proxmox, VMware, or similar).
- Comfortable working in Linux or Windows environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills — especially in data or system workflows.
- Interest in bridging digital systems with manufacturing operations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
