Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Associate Account Executive who is eager to grow their career in a dynamic sales environment. You will help expand and nurture our reseller network, with a focus on identifying and growing our partner base. These are system integrators selling software to small businesses. You’ll help identify and pursue new opportunities. There is a base salary as well as commission and bonuses based on the amount of activity you are able to generate. Qualifications:
- Proven track record of 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Passion for technology or learning, bonus if that includes RFID, and an understanding of small business needs.
- Comfortable selling to small business owners across various markets by understanding their unique challenges and presenting bespoke solutions.
- Understanding of product positioning and the ability to differentiate our solutions from competitors.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and warehousing environments is a plus.
- Experience in digital printing or RFID is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining client relationships, generating sales, and ensuring client needs are met.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new system integrators and other potential resellers of Vanguard’s services.
- Work with Marketing to identify target market verticals and create a sales funnel through effective prospecting and qualification of businesses and contacts.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to engage potential customers and spark interest in our premium plastic, print, and RFID products.
- Close deals by understanding prospect’s pain points and aligning our products/services to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to continuously refine and update our strategies and messaging, enhancing your success in lead generation.

The compensation for this role includes uncapped commissions and a scaling 5k performance bonus.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
